 A little effort to create realistic type of arts...
The Candle,

first I use gradient in the shape of candle.
use of multiple various layers in flame with blending mode outer glow effect.

Select "candle" layer, press ctrl+shft+n for creating new layer, name it   and set blending mode to multiply .

Apply some bursh tools about 20% capacity

Gaussian blue effect apply  18 radius a new white layer

Texture Face

I applied  linear burn on face image and screen effect in texture and use eraser tools where necessary apply such as eyes lips etc. Remember the face image was black and white. I applied history brush after Desaturate the image and applies color with color balance option. first on eyes and then lips.
