Photoshop Art like a photo image which can be better improve with light effect in art purpose.So I create first a like marble stone table and apply different filters effects and little brush touches, and after that create leaf and rose and some brush touches. many people create a art pies with scientific,technical measurements, but in my opinion, The Art is always created by feeling of heart.

 A little effort to create realistic type of arts... The Candle, first I use gradient in the shape of candle. use of multiple various layers in flame with blending mode outer glow effect. Select "candle" layer, press ctrl+shft+n for creating new layer, name it   and set blending mode to multiply . Apply some bursh tools about 20% capacity Gaussian blue effect apply  18 radius a new white layer
