Just Shading only 

A black and white  face image  and a colored tree texture blending effect. I applied  linear burn on face image and screen effect in texture and use eraser tools where necessary apply such as eyes lips etc. Remember the face image was black and white. I applied history brush after Desaturate the image and applies color with color balance option. first on eyes and then lips.
